On April 1, 2026, the Drift Protocol (https://drift.trade), a decentralized finance platform operating on the Solana blockchain, was affected by the actions of unidentified parties. 

This resulted in the unauthorized withdrawal of assets and the subsequent suspension of protocol operations, preventing protocol users from accessing or managing their funds entrusted to the system.

According to public statements issued by the protocol's team, the total loss exceeds $285 million.
